Additional Pre-Trip Info

Leaders for private events are responsible for coordinating their group’s flights.  Presidential Delegation participants are responsible for purchasing their own flights and we encourage everyone to reserve their flights as early as possible.  Ground transportation will be provided to and from Centro Fox for attendees arriving at the BJX Airport in Leon, Guanajuato, at the following times (subject to change).  Recommended flights from the San Diego/Tijuana region are also included.

March 21 – Depart from Tijuana (TIJ) to Leon, Guanajuato (BJX) 
Volaris Y4 498  — 10:26am-2:15pm (2 hrs, 49 min)
Airport Pick-Up: 2:35pm 
 
March 23 – Return from Leon, Guanajuato (BJX) to Tijuana (TIJ)
Volaris Y4 499 — 2:45pm-4:56pm (3 hrs, 11 min)
Airport Drop-Off: 1:15pm

If you’re travelling through Tijuana, you’ll most likely need a Cross Border Xpress ticket to cross the bridge from San Diego and an FMM Travel Visa.

An email will be sent you with a Liability Waiver to sign and submit before your arrival, as well.

Departure Day is always filled with excitement! 

If you are leaving from the San Diego/Southern California region, arriving at the Cross Border Xpress (CBX) about 2.5 hours ahead of your flight from Tijuana should be more than enough time to cross through CBX and the bridge to the Tijuana International Airport.  Check Volaris.com for flight status updates.

If you are not using the recommended flight from the Tijuana airport, please be sure that the Centro Fox team knows when to expect you.

Once you land in Guanajuato, Christopher Andrés and the Centro Fox team will greet you and we’ll begin our unforgettable adventure.  See you then!
